Claims handled quickly and efficiently. No holdups when awaiting doctors information. Paid insured sum promptly and all timescales clear. Very good value for money

Very good

The insurance came handy when needed to most. It took a while to receive frist payment, but after everything went smoothly. Money paid on time and with no hassle. Very good customer service. I can recommend this insurer.

Provided support when I needed it

Income protection can be complex and the supporting information required can feel excessive, however, I felt the requests were always fair and I could understand why each piece of evidence was important. My claim continuations were always settled quickly and allowed me to focus on the task of searching for a new role.
