Insurance initially decline the claim as they haven't realized that policy was transfer then come up with many different excuses not to pay correct monthly benefit or avoid the claim completely. Made complain and will wait for one of the managers to get back to me if not successful will take it further to financial services ombudsman.
Once necessary checks were made payment was made promptly.
One claim paid with no issues and that was excellent. However with the second claim it looks as though I may have to go to the Ombudsman.
