Global response never contacted me back when they should have after 2 emails. Supplying PDF for everything was difficult and time consuming. I supplied all information required and then they asked for more to which I asked after 2 months why they were stalling. Dreadful experience
I found the experience very easy. I downloaded my claims form, which was simple and easy to fill in, forwarded it to your office with all receipts requested. Within two weeks I received an email to say my claim had been successful and within another week the money had been transferred to my bank account.x

The service I have received has been excellent, friendly efficient and very helpful. The helpline was quick and helpful, with good communication and regular updates. Repatriation back to the UK was organised efficiently and speedily. I would certainly recommend them.
Wording on documents purposefully vague and confusing so we didn't have the cover we thought we did.

I have been very impressed with the speed with which my claim was processed. So much quicker than previous claims in the past with a different insurer.
So far my experience has been easied due to the easyness of this service. I have had to be rescued from a ski slope after breaking my ACL ligament. After contacting InsureFor they got me extra seats allocated on my flight so that i can have my leg horizontal. Unfortunately we had to wait an extra day to fly out but they sorted out a new transfer and paid for our extra night in our hotel. The replys were fast and information very clear on what we had to do and what we were entitled to claim for. For such a horrible experience physically and mentally InsureFor have put confidence in me that i would get home safely and with little discomfort as possible. Over all and exelent service.
I was handbag snatched at knifepoint whilst on holiday in November. No communication from the insurance I have done all the chasing and asked if they have everything needed. Phone Jewellery watch all taken and as yet all I have received from them is this email regarding sorting the claim out no monies or letter at all. Disgraceful service how can they have a review when it isn't sorted!!??
Had to work really hard to get some of the claim settled. The easy obvious stuff was sorted out very quickly and efficiently. Eventually after a few emails the claim was settled in full.
