Brilliant support and very helpful all the way through our experience
The process was very easy and I was able to do everything online. Being a slight technophobe this came as a pleasant surprise I was able to send pdf copies of all relevant paper work and this was much better than using more traditional methods of postage.
I gathered all necessary information and receipts which I hope enabled the claim to be dealt with swiftly- which it was. Thank you.

Took ages to finalise the claim and had some terms that meant you don’t get anywhere near the full value of your missing items. Wouldn’t recommend.
It was easy to claim online, just attach all documents to the email address provided. Everything was dealt with according to my policy wording. I would highly recommend.
