Very satisfied

Helped during a difficult time due to an injury sustained at work. I was that pleased with the service I’m looking into taking a further policy out with realm.

Satisfied

Documents gathered together and posted as per the original letter request; These were sent on 'signed for' basis. Next day, a letter received asking for further clarification and more documentation to be sent. A couple of days later, the first moths claim was agreed to be settled.
